My Two Pennies Worth 

This is Book 5 of the series and while these books have always featured characters from other Brice books, this one is set in Charleston and entwined with her Gail Z Martin urban paranormal series.  If this sounds confusing, don't worry,  there's plenty of background information provided so you don't have have read any of the Charleston stories to know what's happening and who's who.  

In this one Seth and Evan are heading to Charleston to take down another disciple bit he's ready for them and places a curse on them. This means that Seth and Evan aren't just fighting to stop the disciple and battling a killer curse as well. This gave the story a different feel to the first four books. 

Another solid performance by the narrator. I find listening focuses me on different parts of the story than when I read.  I'm much more invested in the relationship during the audio performance.
